Favorite Season...

Father has asked yet another question which I feel compelled to answer.

What is your favourite season? (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter)

OOC: My favorite season would be summer. Why? Spring is cool then grows to warm. Or, it's supposed to anyways. Here in VA, it goes from cold to cool then hot (which is summer, to me, lol). Fall is cool or cold. Winter is COLD! I, for one, dislike the cold. My poor hands, ears, and toes tend to freeze...though the warming up part is often a great deal of fun! hehehehe... Hot chocolate is good too...tis only good in the winter, lol. Summer is full of sunshine, birds, butterflies, and creatures big and small.

Don't get me wrong, I love the beauty of ice and snow (prefer snow over ice since I have to drive in it, lol). But if it isn't gonna snow, I don't want the cold! lol. Spring has the budding and blooming flowers where everything is waking up. Autumn, fall, call it what you want, has the beauty of changing colors, fresh apples, peaches, and pears (for those who like 'em). Watching squirrels carrying off nuts of all sorts and seeing deer and the occassional tracks of a passing bear. But, again, you've got the cold weather. Oh, and pretty, different-colored leaves of the trees, the smell of freshly fallen leaves, and the crisp cool air. But, still...it's COLD!!!! lol No more shorts, no more mini-skirts and dresses! (Although, fall DOES mean Halloween...and Halloween IS my fav holiday! lol)

So, in short (do I hear a "yeah, right"?), I prefer summer!
