Where the Muse is...

Where is my Muse if not on Mernac? My muse is currently in another land insisting a novel, started on a year ago in bits and pieces, be finished.

It is, strangely enough, based on a running-joke about my daughter. When she first cried (she was a preemie and when she came home, her cries, literally, were silent. Not a good thing to hear, either) we laughed and said we couldn't take her to a cemetary or she'd raise the dead! So we lovingly call her our "Little Necromancer". lol, and my does she live up to that! Running around singing, dancing, and getting into mischief! And so, our main characters from a novel co-written going-on five years ago, became parents over night and the timeline jumped forty years into the future.

The novel I am working on with my fiance and fellow writer has reached an astounding 87,000 (apx - still have editing to do on what's been written) and is still growing. So, that is what must, MUST be finished first. Followed by the next novel we're talking about.
My goal, one of my many goals, is to become published by one of the major publishing companies for fantasy novels. If we are lucky we may be able to accomplish that feat.

And so, that is where my muse is. On the characters dearest to me and ones I have spent long hours on to flesh out and bring to life. :-)
