Simple Pleasures

This week, Father asked: What simple pleasures in life do you truly enjoy?

Ryna: What simple pleasures do I enjoy? Well, like my scribe, things are rarely simple in my life, especially with a Mother who is a goddess. A rather forgetful one at that! I would have to say spending time with my adopted siblings and time alone at my home on Mernac. An outer isle of Garren, which my scribe is penning, by the way. Swimming, walking along the trails alone. Though, above all else, I especially love spending time with those I love and care about. Those are the pleasures that I find pricesless. That and Carnival in Carnal City. ~devilish wink~

The Scribe: Well, my first response to seeing this was: simple? There's something SIMPLE in my life?!?!? lol. And, to be honest, there is nothing simple in my life. Even my children are anything but "simple"! lol I know what Quont is asking, and the answers are easy (note that I did NOT say "simple" hehehehe): being in the arms of my beloved and spending time with my children. Their laughs, the way they play, and even the mischief they get into. Especially since they both are so much like the way my brother and I were. Don't get me wrong, I love the physical pleasures I share with my beloved, but the time I spend as a family with him, his son, and my two monsters are priceless. Or even just me, him, and my two. Other pleasures I enjoy are writing, reading, rendering artwork, and being with those I love and care about. Now...if I can just get MORE time doing those things, I'd be even happier! lol
