Three New Gods

Mernac has two new Mothers and one new Father joining their ranks in Godhood! Sola, Canola, and Linthur! It will, indeed, be a pleasure to work with, and against, these newest members of the Mothers and Fathers (respectively speaking, of course, for one would rarely work against a Mother!).

It is said that Sola's description as written previously left out a few pieces of interesting information. I have managed to garner news that Sola chose two stars from the night sky and used them to replace those which she gave up for the creation of Siberlee's child! I haven't been able to spy on my Mother and Father, as well as the others, to garner much more information than that. You try spying on a god and see how long you can get away with it! It is known, however, that she will be in charge of marketing Mernac and has some high aspirations! Though word on the street is she's planning on starting small and building. Mostly because her major places for marketing require finished products first! Word also has it she's taking on the "soft romance" (opposite of Quont's erotica) and will be looking for writers who like romance but haven't the desire to write erotica. Her era will prelude Quont's millenium.

Canola, though flighty, has yet to choose what she will be doing. Though, I've news that her legends are going to have the heart racing, though not in the same way as my Father's legends! And, of course, the flighty goddess is known for her tamtrums, so do be careful and be sure to pick your words with equal care! Else you may be punished in some horrible fashion. Though I doubt she's as bad as Linthur. I've been told by some well-known information brokers that she will be taking on the dark fantasy genre. A lovely, if flighty, goddess to shine through the dark times. Now there is something worth reading!

Speaking on the Father of Revenge, his job will be web programming. Now there is a task I wouldn't want! Mostly because I don't have enough knowledge of it to do it! lol! However, I hear that he will be taking on contemporary fantasy. As I'm not too familiar with that line of fantasy, I'm looking forward to reading his legends!

Oh, and I've also been told all three will be needing disciples! Yeah! More cousins to play with!!! And fight with, too! ~wink~ Ok, ok, so I kinda know about revenge and have exacted my own form of it from time to time and helped others do the same while making a profit. And yes, my birth-family was murdered as well as my entire city and I hope to bring those people to justice as soon as I learn who was behind it. Maybe I better not mention that to Father Linthur. He might just take that as a desire to be converted to his side! And we ALL know Mother Terees and Father Quont would object loudly to that happening!

Nevertheless, congratulations to the newly promoted!
